Casper Meets Wendy is one the pre-Lizzie McGuire Movies where Hilary Duff plays a major lead character.  Hilary Duff was really young back then, and she was so cute and adorable, but I guess you can see that from the picture.

The most significant part of the plot is of course the part where Casper and Wendy meet up, in one of the most unexpected places.  As with any Casper movie, his three uncles are up to no good, but Casper continues to try and be the friendly ghost.

The special effects in the movie are definitely top notch, and I’m a little surprised that they never even released this movie in the theatres— it went straight to home video.

This movie is a must for any die-hard Hilary Duff or Casper Fan!  I am definitely a big Hilary Duff fan, and I was a big Casper Fan when I was really young— so this movie definitely gets top scores in my book!
